It has been brought to our attention that some ATMs in our surcharge-free ATM networks have started charging a fee. Unfortunately, the information listed on the respective ATM network websites cannot be deemed accurate at this time. When using a surcharge-free ATM, verify that there is in fact NO SURCHARGE FEE before completing your transaction. Dillard’s Federal Credit Union has no control over shared-network ATMs, but we are working with each ATM network to determine why a surcharge has been added. Thank you for your patience.
Shared Branching Notice
Over the past few years, Dillard’s Federal Credit Union has added and enhanced several new electronic services to help you manage your account from anywhere, at any time.
Our mobile-friendly website is a great place to browse products and services, apply for loans, check rates, manage your credit card and more. DFCU’s new Mobile App, paired with Online Banking, makes it easy to take your credit union with you wherever you go. Plus, with the addition of free Remote Deposit, you can take a picture of a check and deposit it into your DFCU account without stepping foot in a branch!
Members can also access their account and withdraw cash at multiple ATM locations in all 50 states through our two Surcharge-Free ATM networks.
With a growing number of members regularly taking advantage of these convenient eServices, the usage of shared branching has drastically declined. After careful consideration, we’ve determined it is in the best interests of our membership to no longer participate in the shared branching program, effective Friday, May 25th, 2018. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage you to explore the many other ways you can access your credit union account.
Members can enter any shared service center and conduct a range of transaction services including:
Make deposits and withdrawals
Make loan payments
Make transfers between accounts
Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Checks and Official Checks
Just have your account number and valid Government-issued photo identification (State Driver’s license, US Passport, etc.) and you’re good to go!
