We encourage following the CDC’s recommendation to limit personal contact. Here are some ways that Dillard’s Federal Credit Union makes it easy for you to continue to do business with us. With these tools, you can conduct most of your banking business without ever visiting our credit union office.
Online and Mobile Banking can be used to manage your accounts 24/7. You can do many things including but not limited to:
- • Check account balances
- • Pay your bills without leaving home
- • Make your credit union loan payments
- • Transfer funds within your own accounts or to another Dillard’s FCU member
- • Deposit checks using the Mobile Deposit feature
- • Control your debit or credit card
- • Apply for a loan
ATM Machines can be used to obtain cash without having to go to the credit union or interact with a live person.
