It is mutually agreed that by checking the box below and submitting this form, Member hereby requests an extension on the loan indicated above for the month indicated above. Terms and provisions of the original loan agreement are unchanged and remain in full force and effect and daily interest will still accrue. Further, Member acknowledges and agrees to pay a $30.00 extension fee per loan.

1: Not all loans qualify for the skip-a-pay program. Share pledged loans, DFCU VISA® or any type of mortgage loan do not qualify for the Skip-A-Pay program. Loans cannot have been delinquent in the past twelve (12) months and must have a minimum of a twelve (12) month payment history. Payments made through payroll deduction will have the loan payment deposited into your savings account. Some restrictions apply. All credit union accounts must be in good standing. Fee must be paid prior to due date in the month payment is skipped. May extend the maturity date of the loan. Interest will continue to accrue. Speak to a representative for complete details.
